After first seeking the advice of experienced engineers and contractors, the owners, in collaboration with top experts, have decided that the existing conditions of these four buildings mean they should be demolished so that there is a ‘clean slate’ ready for future development. The demolition program includes an emphasis on safety, protection of vegetation, utilities, neighboring properties and their operations, and well-organized traffic routes.

Once demolition is complete, there will be a sculpted and maintained grassed open space. Then, and subject to market factors, the vision for the property includes the redevelopment of the site, possibly by or with others, with modern buildings and desirable amenities such as the following:
